This is my third time working with David. Great host overall responsive to every text and provide everything we needed for our stay and comfortable for our kids they love the atmosphere and not to remote. I definitely recommend him put it like this. Put it like this if he were Greek, he’d be awesome Maximus. Thanks, David me and my family will see you next year. Same time.

Home was clean, loaded with everything my family and I needed. Wi-Fi was great, parking was easy and right out front. Easy check in and great communication, I literally booked the same day. Host was very accommodating, even gave food recommendations when asked.

Found a home away from home!!! Positive: For me the value was absolutely the best part, we get a entire furnished home for 7$ more than a hotel and it provides so much more than any hotel ever would ! The home is just off I-55 and it's so quiet you could hear a mouse fart a 1/4 mile away. The home was clean, fully furnished with a tv in every room including bedrooms. The beds were soft and comfortable and quite honestly it felt like we were home ! Negative: I'm really trying to find something to complain about but honestly the only thing I wasn't able to do was use guest mode on the TVs to use our own streaming subscriptions to watch programs like Netflix and Disney Plus but we were able to still cast our phones to them and watch programs so....there really isn't anything to complain about!

We had the pleasure of staying in David’s property for an out of town job. Workers told me the house was clean, in a great area, easily accessible and very updated. David reached out to me prior to check in and was extremely easy to work with.

Decent place in a secluded location. Didn’t feel unsafe just a few minor issues (dent in the door, flooring shifting, etc.) but nothing that didn’t allow for a decent nights sleep. David was a fine host.

Nothing terrible about the place. Host was kind and mostly responsive. Location was clean and had a smart TV. Could definitely use some attention to detail and upkeep to make it feel like home. The block is just AirBNBs, and it has the feel of mass-produced/cookie cutter short term rentals. Had several several small annoyances that on their own, I may not have even remembered, but when added together had an overall impact on the stay.

Nice place to come with pets. But there is no enclosed area for pets to roam. I also don't like surprises, and we did not get the apt in the photos, but it was close. There were no bar stools, there was only 1 bathroom larger than shown in photos, and there was a counter height dining table, but it was ok. There are 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and 2 twins in the other room. The queen bed had a big sinking hole in the right side. But it was comfortable. There were dishes, utensils and pots to use. Clean towels. Bring laundry detergent and hand soap. The apartment is in a quiet area. The only thing I didn't care for was the glass in the front door you can't see out, but you can see in from outside perfectly. I loved that we could unload the car right at the front door.

loved the out of town quiet beautiful place that David had!!! can't wait to come back next time we are in town! the only thing that was off is there were only 3 plates and bowls and we had 4 of us!! very minor and we made it work and loved every minute we were there!

We had a great stay. Honestly, I loved that the floors were all hardwood and concrete. It is a nice place in a tucked away area. Will stay with them again!!

It was very unassuming approaching the area but my gosh once you turn that corner it's a WHOLE NEW WORLD!!! The space is open and everything is a lot bigger inside than the size of the property from the outside. It was VERY CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL. And worth the hour drive from NEW ORLEANS, VERY WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!!!!!

We loved the home. It was perfect for our family with close proximity to Hammond and Ponchatoula. Our host was very accommodating and fast in communication. We have definitely found our future stay location when visiting family in the future.
