The place was okay overall, but there were a few issues that impacted our stay. It was fairly dusty and didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned, the floors hadn’t been swept well and some areas felt half-cleaned. The location also wasn’t great for what we were hoping for. During our stay the toilet broke and we messaged the host but never received a response, which was frustrating. We also noticed some holes in the walls that made the place feel a bit run-down. It could be a nice spot with better upkeep and communication.

Me and my family had an excellent stay at David’s place. From the moment we arrived, David was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear check-in instructions, great local recommendations, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—actually even better in person. David clearly puts a lot of care into making guests feel at home, and it really shows. Nice accommodations for family events. Positive: The location was a quick drive to the interstate. The house was relatively clean. The beds were comfortable and there was enough sleeping spaces for all. There were water bottles in the fridge and a Keurig with coffee pods which was a nice touch. Negative: The floors could have been mopped, we took off our shoes at the door, like we do at home, and our socks were very dirty at the end of the day. If the reservation says sleeps 6, having enough towels, dishes, cups, etc, would be nice. We had to rewash dishes a lot. However, we called the property owner and received more towels very quickly! The fan in the front room didn’t work, but the ability to adjust the thermostat was nice.

We’ve stayed at this location 2 times prior to this visit. Both times before were in the unit next door. This unit is the exact same layout and it suits us well. The location is good for what we needed. The beds are comfortable, coffee available and I always appreciate a washer and dryer.
