I will most definitely use another location by David! What stood out the most is that he came to my rescue over the garage which I didn’t know was as simple as the garage button needing to be unlocked! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ You will absolutely LOVE the showers here!! Perfect for my son and I! We both had our own private space and bathrooms. Overall extremely satisfied with this location!! Thank you Airbnb and David!

I visited with my elderly mother and younger brother to see my grandmother. I would definitely book again, as it felt like being at home. Everything was excellent; the only thing missing was my Maltipoo, which I could have brought since the property is pet-friendly. I highly recommend it.

Нам на понравилось жилье,оно было не достаточно чистым,сантехника грязная,к тому же в доме была сколопендра и жуки,в доме пахло старым домом ,на фото он гораздо лучше чем в жизни .к тому же соседи устроили вечеринку и мы не могли спать в 8 утра в субботу люди стали стричь траву,что не дало нам выспаться

The place was nice and comfortable in a neat little area. The towels and sheets were soft. Some of the interior details were unfinished or shoddy. We booked for 6 people but there were only towels and bowls for 4. I don't understand getting charged for cleaning and being asked to run the dishwasher.

David’s place is clean and modern. It was extremely hot when we arrived, so we appreciated the cold water waiting in the fridge. Speaking of the check-in, David provided thorough instructions and was understanding when I accidentally checked in early because I hadn’t adjusted to the different time zone. I have plenty of family in nearby Hammond, so I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay, as the location is best for our needs. David’s place is always clean, tidy and has everything we need for a night or two. It’s nice to be able to have our dog with us here also. Beds are comfortable and check in is flawless. We’ll be staying again soon.

We stayed in Chateau 12 for about a week. It was quaint with a lovely common space and well equipped kitchen. We were able to cook meals with the utensils and such provided. The bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable, I was happy to have a TV in my room to watch my show while my son was content in the living room… It’s the little things… lol. My only complaint is that I had to work most of the days I was there. However, the shower and bathtub were an especially nice luxury after a long day on my feet! Thank you, David for providing a wonderful space! will visit again soon… Cannot wait to try one of your spaces with a hot tub!!!!!!
