Nothing but props to david & his property. Like the advantages of being kike a single family dwelling house. Sane price as a hotel room but way more peaceful & private because nobody on top or below you. Will stay there again. Not a lot of good choices for nice rooms in area

We were excited to find an air bnb for our family of 5 on a very late notice within our budget. It was to a perfect location for us!! Pros: The house was nice & spacious & David was very kind to accommodate an early check in & also was kind about a last minute extra guest. The area was very quiet & peaceful. The host had coffee & creamer available. Cons: the kitchen barely had the basics. I don’t expect stocked pantries but I have never stayed in an air b&b that didn’t have your basic salt & pepper. It was also not the cleanest- the floor was sticky, the shower had hair & the sheets that were on the pull out bed were questionable. (The 3rd bed is a couch bed) There was also a broken dresser drawer that was stashed in the closet. In spite of my complaints, David did try hard to accommodate us & I appreciated that very much. I would give his house another try.

We enjoyed the pet policy, and how big the unit was as well as the location. However, there are a few things that stood out to my family and I. Upon walking into the apartment, we noticed a strong marijuana odor even though it’s a no smoking unit. One of the bedrooms had a broken / missing drawer on the dresser. The bathroom and the floors didn’t look nor feel clean. The floor was sticky, and we noticed hair from a prior guest in the bathroom sink and shower. The ceiling fan in the room closest to the bathroom made a terrible clacking noise all night. The doorway to that same room was also broken. The box springs are torn / broken and the beds / mattresses had stains. This place needs a little work, especially for the price.

Great location — tucked away in a quiet, secluded area but convenient to the interstate, which made getting around super easy. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice, homey feel. We really appreciated that pets were allowed! The host was friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

"I stayed at this Airbnb while working on a construction project nearby, and it was the perfect place to call home during the job. The house was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed to unwind after a long day. The location was close to the work site and local shops for any supplies I needed. The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I required for a smooth stay. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area for work!"

The housing met my basic needs. Missing simple items like a can opener, broom and dust pan, clothes hangers. Upon arrival I sent pictures of significant damage to the bathroom and second bedroom doors. There was a leak at the toilet water line. The dresser, in the only usable room, was damaged. The shelf in the closet was too high, almost to the ceiling. The response from David, 24 hours later after reaching out for a second time, was "we will have those things fixed immediately." No action of course waa taken during my stay and no further communication from David until he sent check out instructions. The damage should have been acknowledged by the host before arrival so the guest knew what to expect. It was not safe to use the second bedroom because of how badly damaged the door frame was. The condition of the one bathroom was concerning. Check in and out was simple. Decor was pleasant. Parking was great. Quiet neighborhood. Lastly, the place could use a good cleaning.

Quiet area and very spacious. Positive: I rent this location quite often and the area is very quiet. Negative: The beds are garbage. This is about my 7th time renting in this complex just different ones and all the mattresses were horrible and the bed squeaked. The tub stopped was removed and the toilet and tub didn’t look too clean. There wasn’t enough towels.

David himself was a very nice pleasant person I have rented in the past and it was very nice and clean however this time was the worst airbnb so for on this app it was not cleaned in which i blame the cleaning person because she is not being honest to Mr david all the surfaces where half cleaned the bed had stains and hair the funiture needs to be deep cleaned the kitchen refrigerator ice maker has nasty build up , the cleaned person did come and change the bed and wipe down with windex i don't know if this is a disinfectant cleaned but i wiped behind her with disinfectant wipes the ac is not working good either this place need to be revamp the door is coming off in one of the bedrooms and there is writing on the wall in the first bedroom and the kitchen counter behind the coach . Very disappointed.
