This was a great weekend spot. the rental was exactly lile described and the house rules was simple and very understanding. Definitely going to book again very soon. Host was awesome.

I did not end up staging at David place. Unfortunately the home cleaning standards were not okay. I know homes get old etc but there should be some point of deep cleaning and restoration to your property. The fridge/freezers were not cleaned and i needed to store and cook food. The bathroom tubs were stained & looked dirty. The washer wasn't clean so i couldn't wash the bedding even after noticing it was full of hair/stains.. i just wasn't comfortable staying there after a long day of driving. David communicated consistently and offered to fix the issue however i felt this way about both places. They don't have a cleaning fee so maybe they aren't properly cleaning. David agreed to fully refund if i left the same night. I'm still waiting for him to approve the refund from Wednesday and today is Saturday but it was Thanksgiving week. Hopefully he honors his word. Hopefully the other locations are better maintained.

I stayed here while I was transitioning for work from Ohio to Louisiana for a little more than a month. The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. The location is in a very quiet and peaceful area. Its well lit and I felt very safe.

The apartments were nice and quiet during our stay. Because of the photos, we were expecting a private patio, but there was no fence up when we arrived. Overall, it was a pleasant, peaceful stay.

Very secluded and relaxing. Positive: The location was very secluded but not far from the interstate. It was a nice apartment with the perfect amount of space. Garden tub to relax in. Kitchen you can cook in. Laundry room in case you need to wash. Sofa bed to sleep extra people. Smart tv’s in case you want to watch tv. The owner is very kind and a pleasure to work with. If you have any issue, he goes above and beyond to fix it. I would definitely recommend this property and we’ll stay here again when we visit. Negative: N/A
