Very nice stay, few things here or there but nothing bad. The place was tucked away, very private. Rooms were spacious and comfortable

We have stayed multiple times with David. When looking for a place when home for the holidays, we always look to David first for availability. He has been flexible and accommodating with us on multiple occasions. Definitely recommend David and his properties for quick or extended stays.

We enjoyed our stay for the Thanksgiving break. The location is great for getting on and off the intestate but still quiet and private. The host had clear instructions and directions. We'll be glad to stay again the much time we come through.

What a fantastic find! This Airbnb was a perfect match to the photos—beautiful, clean, and cozy. But the real highlights were the beds (like sleeping on a cloud!) and the amazing peace and quiet. It was so relaxing. The hosts were also wonderful—super quick to reply and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back soon!

We appreciated the space and the closeness to our family in Hammond and Amite. It was spacious and comfy for our week-long stay. However we would have given this stay a 5-star rating had the unit been cleaner (we experienced black socks when walking around, visible pet dander and dust, allergic reactions, and a smell that was unpleasant but we could not find the source to get rid of it) and if things we reported were fixed based on the response we received. We cleaned as best we could and also purchased items to get us through the week, as what was supplied did not last. We believe that a couple hundred dollars and a day or two could get the space in tip top shape. We also feel that if pets are to be allowed with each rental, the cleaning effort should match that. Location and size of this place were ideal for our family visits to Louisiana, but we need these things to improve for us to consider booking again.

OMG ! Where can I began… This a property was absolutely amazing. David, is 10 stars across the board when it comes to customer service. Clear communication throughout the entire rental process. I felt safe, comfortable, quiet and secure. David, I truly appreciate you for making this experience stress free. I will definitely be back!

The house was cozy and mostly clean. The neighbors were quiet. Hammond is a great town. If you plan to cook, bring your own stuff.

So we had a wonderful stay at our airbnb. David was very accommodating to our needs and anything else that came up. Our daughters softball tournament was the reason for our stay. Getting there and back was great because of the lack of traffic in this area.

Everything was so so peaceful and Family felt like it was home ,Most definitely will book again real soon ,Thanks David you are God Sent

Highly recommend this host. Booked a couple of David’s units for a couple weeks for some work we were doing in the area. Reasonably priced, very responsive and easy to work with. Helped us out on a couple of occasions when we rebooked.

Quizá pueda ser útil para los futuros huéspedes que incluya más utensilios de cocina como cuchillos para cocinar e incluya también sal y pimienta. Sugiero que en las indicaciones iniciales especifique que la basura debe colocarse en el contenedor que está al entrar al vecindario.

Stayed in #18 this time great place to stay, we have traveled back from Texas to Florida a few times now and this is a great place overnight so far. This one had great beds hot shower, everything you need to make coffee and go or if you have cook there a full kitchen. Don’t be fooled by its drive to the house best feeling of peace you will find hands down at night. Host is great person to ask question responded quickly on any question I had prior nothing this time smooth process.

I absolutely love staying here. It’s so peaceful, so homely, so convenient and great price for the accommodations. I would definitely be coming back! ♥️David is awesome!

It looks better in person. It’s really nice and clean. I would recommend it. It was spacious. It is in the middle of no where though but that’s also positive because it was quiet. The host was very nice and friendly and responsive.
