We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and located in a nice, quiet area. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. We stayed at this property recently and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the home looks exactly like the photos. However, cleanliness was a major concern. There was a noticeable mildew smell upon entering that never fully went away. In the second bedroom with the twin beds, both bedskirts had visible water stains, which was unsettling. We also attempted to clean the mop ourselves—after soaking it in bleach, the mop was still charcoal gray. A lot of raised concerns about how thoroughly the property is being cleaned between guests. My 13 month old grandson was with us, glad we had his walker because the floor was really dirty. While the space itself is visually appealing and has potential, it does not appear to be maintained to a proper cleaning standard. The furniture shows signs of age and wear. Overall, the home looks nice at first glance, but the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted our stay.

Everything was great except A bee/wasp nest on the back patio- we just couldn’t use the back patio/ yard at all bc I have an allergy but everything inside was perfect as usual!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as described and David was very responsive to anything I asked of him. I was impressed that we were able to book the home for the same night as our search which was really nice. Also loved that it had two bathrooms. It was easy to find, had a code for entry into the rental, and also had a nice driveway for parking so our car was not on the street. David also responded to me immediately even though I messaged him very late in the evening when I had trouble getting connected to the wifi. Would definitely recommend this rental to others.

My husband, myself and our 2 cats felt right at home at David’s. The home is close to I12 and minutes from restaurants. The home was clean, had very nice bathroom amenities, and each room has a Roku TV which is nice switching from one room to another. I would definitely stay at any of David’s homes again. A perfect peaceful comfy heavenly home! A fluffy comfy comfy sofa. The beds are so comfy even the comforters are so comfy like a big fluffy cloud blanket lol. Private garage and it’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Fenced huge Back yard was perfect for my puppy sons they also loved every moment! thereEvery room is beautiful in a different way! Anything you could need is handy and easy to find! Extra pillows and blankets and everything you could need!! The price was amazing for such a delightful home away from home. David was so responsive and friendly and helpful and easy to talk to it truly made me feel so welcome and comfy and more at home! I was sad to leave… I will highly recommend 1000% it was perfect! I would not have changed a thing! Flawless experience!
