Stewart House with Hot Tub and 3 bedroom

This quant house is perfect for a family. Quiet, nice space. 1st time at this property however have stayed at a few of their others & they are always accommodating & helpful. I will be staying again.

Loved the location of this home! It was a great place for multiple kids and had space for meals together. There was some concerns with cleanliness - our host was very receptive and said he would work on these concerns. Overall, we had a great stay at this location.

I'll start by saying the place was amazing. Much room to spread out and no one nearby so was peaceful The wifi was a bonus, the TVs in 2 rooms with queens were much appreciated. The bathtubs were large and the water pressure and heat were on point! There were a couple of things that could be tweaked but I stand by my 5 star rating. In the master bathroom there wasn't a door, sitting on the toilet puts you about 8 ft from the person lying in bed. A curtain on a rod would help. The stove had very rusted and deteriorating drip pans, causing heating elements to not be level, making it impossible to set a pan or pot on them as they were tilted, and made 1 burner not turn on. We were visiting family, we made do for breakfast and 1 day we were on our own. Lastly, the mirror in the bathroom was very high and I normally my kids could see our whole faces. I know though that if I wound have called him about any of those things he would have come and fixed them. I would just want to know.

We had an amazing time . the house was a perfect fit for us with plenty of room.

This house has everything you need for teammates to connect. We stayed her with another family of softball parents and it allowed our daughters to become better teammates and now friends should have had more teammates stay as we had the 6 bunks in one room And large living room space.

Stuart house. was perfect for me and my big crew. Nice and quiet with plenty of room for us to spread out. we will be back.

David was quick to reply to our messages and the place was spacious for a group of 8. The hot tub is huge and can easily fit 6-8 people comfortably. The only issues we ran into was that we booked for 5 nights and there were only a couple rolls of toilet paper, limited dish washing pods, trash bags, etc. which meant we had to go purchase extra amenities that should really be included.

Davids place was perfect for our stay. He was very responsive I had issues with my Airbnb App so I decided to reach out via text and he quickly responded ! The space was big definitely was not expecting that which was a plus !! Would stay there again!

We were in town for a wedding - 10 adults. Positives: secluded, quiet, peaceful, rural property; outside space perfect for sitting and enjoying weather (plenty of seating); space inside was ample and did not feel cramped; close to the interstate highway so getting to New Orleans was a breeze; plenty of towels, fans in the rooms, TVs, and curtains that blocked out light; owner was responsive when we needed iron. Improvements: items advertised were missing - iron, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, cooking oil; no ironing board - not advertised, but useful with the iron; no detergent to run dishwasher as requested; no propane for gas grill; hot tub not preheated, requires hours to heat and a note saying so would be helpful; line of grime on water line in hot tub; rugs need to be cleaned - one in bedroom with bunk beds; stray items that a pervious occupant had left under the bed in the front bedroom, I left them by the front door. Overall a positive experience! Quick fixes, for a 5 star!

Absolutely love staying in Mr. David's home's. He is a wonderful host, very responsive and accomidating. His homes are very clean and match the descriptions perfectly. I will always stay in his home's when i visit Louisiana.

It was very fun and peaceful, really loved the hot tub!

The place was nice and clean. It was a great fit for our needs to have 2 families stay at the same place. The area was very peaceful! I would definitely stay here again. One tip, if you are planning to use the hot tub, it takes a few hours to heat it up to 100 degrees so plan for that.

David was a wonderful host. We came and stayed close to 2 months while working in the area. Very accommodating and as far as the house, it was clean and quite. Very comfortable. Hot tub looks amazing. We were there and it was to cold for this Florida boy.

When I realized I booked my original stay one da short, David was very flexible and able to put us in another place on the same street for the additional day. Both places were perfect for our stay. The homes were conviently located near the wedding venue, had plenty of space for all of us, and had the basic items in the house for our stay. The coffee bar was unexpected and was a nice gesture. I do recommend bringing an ironing board if you're coming for a wedding. The house does have an iron.

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and well equipped. David was a great host and made sure we had a the perfect stay. The hot tub in the evening was very private and a great way to end they day. If you are anywhere close you must stay here. Thank you David.

We took a group of boys for a birthday getaway. They loved the bunk room. Lots of yard area to run and play. Nice and shaded, which is key in this area because of heat. Hammond wasn't far to be able to go out to eat. Living room was nice and large with a seat for everyone to be able to hang out together. Wonderful stay, would definitely return.

I would easily pick this location again. Peaceful, clean comfortable furniture. Host very responsive.

We were in town for a family wedding- absolutely great location for the Barn at TH Farms. Clean and spacious. Plenty of bedroom space. Large and comfortable living room and dining room. Excellent spot.

The place was an absolute dream. Big wide open space, lots of greenery and quiet . I felt right at home.. Thank you for hosting us. :-)

We stayed in two of his properties, he took very good care of us, the houses are very spacious, if we return one day, we will undoubtedly look for David.

David was an excellent host. He came by and talked to us. He was very friendly and such a nice person. When I called to check in early, he simply provided the code. He made sure that everything was great and immediately replaced bulbs. This is first time I have stayed at an AirB and B and the host made sure that everything was great. If you headed to New Orleans, David is the host to make contact. He has multiple properties in the area and they are all excellent. This house is very serene and quiet with easy access to the highway and I 55. Thank you David for all you did to make this stay memorable for my family!!!
