Villa 1 looked just like the photos. It’s a cute spot tucked away just off the highway, and I felt safe while I was there. When I arrived, though, I dealt with a clogged sink full of hair and a toilet tank in the guest bathroom that was leaking onto the floor after every flush. We were a group of five, and two of my friends decided to stay at a nearby hotel because they were worried about cleanliness, plus having just one bathroom for five people was a bit much. David got everything fixed the next day after 12 noon. It looks nice, but I’m not sure if I’d book it again.

Positive: Not much Negative: The rooms were not definitely not clean, to be charge a cleaning fee. The outside appearance needs to be painted and doors pressure wash.

This villa was a great place to stay so that we were close to our family staying in the other villa properties but still able to have our own space. There was plenty of seating in the living room area and plenty of plates/silverware for when family came over to visit. The property was very peaceful and clean! We would definitely stay at this property again when we return to the area.

This was a great place for us to stay while we went to a concert in New Orleans! It was easy to find, and the entry was easy. There was a little bit of noticeable dust on ceiling fans/vents, but nothing major. The only minor complaint is that one guest room’s bedroom door did not latch. I sent pictures to the host as soon as I noticed and he was responsive!

The place was great, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there was a few things that weren’t cleaned. In master bathroom when we took shower and mirror fogged up, there was a message on mirror. It showed it hadn’t been cleaned. There were cracks in guest bathtub and crack in door facing going into guest bedroom. Apparently he had renters that didn’t take care of his place. Everything else was super nice and not his fault he had people that didn’t take care of his place. We would stay there again.

I’m a regular guest at this location. It’s perfect for me. David has always been very accommodating. If you’re planning a trip to New Orleans or Baton Rouge, but don’t want to stay in the city, this is perfect!
