Like the bentons villa's & chateau's. The rooms are all ground level so noboby walking below or under you. Towels beds & kitchennarea excellent. Nice porch on back & plenty parking room

David’s place was great! It was in a nice location where there wasn’t much traffic. The house was easy to find. Check in was very smooth. The house was very clean. All linens were clean. The house had everything needed. Dishes, towels, wash cloths, vacuum, mop, broom & cooking supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend, great value, and clean! Positive: Perfect situation for several of us that were in the area for work. Owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. Not a super bougie place, but very clean, great sized rooms, plenty of parking, very quiet area and an easy drive into Hammond as well as Baton Rouge. Negative: It's best to arrive when it's still light out, it is pretty dark out there and a little hard to see/find the first time. Probably not a big deal to most, but I had to buy wine glasses and the soap in the bathroom ran out by the second day.
