Great weekend stay for an event at SLU. Very quiet and just far enough from town to be convenient and still peaceful. Would recommend.

Had a great stay for the weekend! Close to the ballpark & restaurants. We’ve stayed with David before & will stay again.

Other than the roaches and the paint peeling off in the front bathroom we would’ve enjoyed our stay Positive: The location off the interstate was great! Negative: The roaches in the kitchen ruined our whole entire stay.

The stay was ok the only issues we had was the master show had hair in it and an old used bar of soap The listing said 2 bedrooms with queen beds 1 room had a queen bed the 2nd room had to twin beds the kitchen we had to buy pots and pans and cooking utensils cause the place had to small pots a whisk and a can opener but the location was nice and quiet and relaxing

We've been choosing the villa properties for a month now and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Everything you have at home is at this property, literally. Very clean, quaint area not far from the city. The host is amazing at communicating and trying to accommodate the needs of guest. Definitely recommend

Nice quiet home!

It was very nice and roomy for us and the communication with David was very fast at responding to my text. I would recommend these Villa’s to some good people to rent and feel safe.

Place was nice, as we just needed for one night while picking up our daughters from Southeastern. Everything, including beds were comfortable. There was a small problem with sheets on one of the beds, but David sent over a new set later that evening. We would consider staying again if we need to go back in this area. Not far at all from the University.

Access was clear, area was quiet, check out was easy and simple.

I was in town for work and brought my mother along for company. The place had everything we needed and the host was great.

If staying in the city of NOLA is not your thing, this most certainly is a great alternative. Only an hour outside of the hustle and bustle to wind down and enjoy the comfort of a home away from home.

Perfect for small or large gatherings. Everyone has their own villa but connecting outdoor space. Villas were spotless and included all amenities needed. Great outdoor space for extra curricular activities. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

David is a very accommodating and responsive host. We look forward to booking with him again!

Really appreciated how accommodating David was for both checking in and out. The flexibility was key for us based on our being in the area, and it made all the difference. Wifi was super fast, and everyone loved having three TVs. Having three parking spaces came in handy too when we had a visitor. Thank you, David, for a great stay!

Nice place on a quiet road but 10 minutes away from the city with shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Outside was beautiful. Inside urine on seat in the bathroom, one of the bathroom needed cleaning before you used the tub. Sofa ripped at the top children's toys under seat of sofa. Once you sit on sofa needed help almost to get up. So we used the chairs one needed a little repair. We had to sweep up piles of grass from the back someone was smoking left butt. I love the area it was a relaxing view I didn't get my money worth for the inside. Hopefully no one will experience the inside conditions
