Priced right and Clean Positive: The space was clean and roomy. The fact he had a washer and dryer was very nice. I would recommend this to friends and family. If I am ever in this area again I will stay here..

House was clean and as described overall. Hall bath tub needs attention and bathroom was not completely clean. Only other issue was communication. We were told we could check in a couple hours earlier bc we needed to be ready for a wedding but the code was not delivered to us until the original time even with emailing to ask again for it. Again not a deal breaker but the reasons for not giving a 5 star. Location is quiet. Would maybe just try another one of the villas.

Great place for an “at home” feeling, & clean!

Villa 5 was a lovely, clean and spacious place to stay!!! Positive: The property was clean and well kept! Villa 5 has a large kitchen and living room area, two large bedrooms and two full baths. Villa 5 is nicely decorated and has a cozy feel to the place! Negative: Only two issues of note. There’s a hornet’s nest above the front door which needs to be removed. The main bathtub has some staining and damage around the drain area.

Exactly what we were looking for

Positive: I love how nice the place was and the stay. Very quiet area. Negative: Wasn't able to log in to the wifi and notice hair in one of the showers we didn't use yet.

I have stayed here for a few months and love it so far. In town for work and David has been a great host. I will definitely continue staying here in the future and highly recommend. Plus great amenities.

In town for a wedding near by, nice place to stay!

The house is as advertised, with the exception of some maintenance issues. I have sent photos to the owner so that they can be tended to. We had a wonderful stay and the home was very close to the venue we attended. Very fairly priced. It’s a beautiful home in a great location, but it needs some tlc.

David provided a nice comfortable home away from home for me and my family. If in the area I would definitely book again.

I only had a few minor complaints; however, David responded and sent his cleaning lady out to solve the problem. Though we had already cleaned it, it was definitely reassuring to have him send her out on her off day to address and solve the problem at hand. David is so awesome and I always feel at home at his properties.

David is always amazing. It’s definitely worth every dime.

The Benton Villas e stayed on are very nice. Comfortable beds tvs in every room. Washer and dryer. Safe area. Everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again. Owners were easily accessible if you have an issue. 10 out of a10

Great spot for a quick getaway.

We were in Tickfaw to visit relatives. Our villa was so nice and easy to come and go from. My cousin from Baton Rouge said next time he'd also just stay at one of the villas.

Awesome

This was our second time to stay in Villa 5 and we thought we had found the perfect place to break up our trip from Oklahoma to Florida. The bathroom is in serious need of repairs. The toilet overflowed with the first flush of liquid waste only and we could not find a plunger. We got to Walmart 10 minutes before they closed and purchased a plunger. I mention the time because we arrived at Villa 5 late and our parents were already asleep in the bedroom that had the second bathroom. The plunger did not fix the issue and we had to wait to use the second bathroom until the next morning. David did offer to come first thing in the morning but we were checking out early so we told him not to worry about it. We are hoping the bathroom is fixed before our next trip because we really like the location and other aspects of Villa 5.

The place was everything he described about the place. Also he was very friendly and responded well when it came to questions about the location

Very clean and comfortable

David was a great host. He provided many extras that we don't usually find at other rentals. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was perfect. We had a few problems finding the apartment using GPS but later saw detailed instructions inside of the app. We just stayed one night to break up a long drive but will definitely stay here on future trips.

Very quite and peaceful place. Came in for family member’s birthday and it was very close to the location of the party! Beds were super comfortable and everything was just a described. Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend if you want a quite peaceful location.

Please make sure the fan's and hallway bathroom is clean for the next guest. And please check the washing machine it is leaking on the floor. Everything else was amazing.

House was homey and decorated perfectly. Not to much decoration but enough. Was great for our family. Wi-Fi was a little rough but we enjoyed ourselves and would rent there again! Overall great place!

We had a small delay with or villa but David was there quickly and took care of us right away. I would recommend to others and if we get back into the area, we would stay again. Units are clean, stocked and cozy.
